Cinnabon's

So I thought I would just post my first foodpost!
These Cinnabon's are SO good! They are super quick and easy to make! and no matter what, they will turn out great! Me and my friend made these, when I had to bring cake to my class and they loved them! Btw. my recipes are in metric since I don't use cups and ounces.
Enjoy!

INGREDIENTS

Dough
2 dl milk
2 eggs
75 g margarine (melted)
600 g all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp salt
100 g white sugar
25 g yeast

Cinnamonfilling
220 g brown sugar
15 g ground cinnamon
75 g butter softened

Frosting
85 g cream cheese, softened
55 g butter, softened
190 g icing sugar
1,5 tsp vanilla extract
a pinch of salt

DIRECTIONS

Warm milk to room temperature and put in the yeast. Once the yeast has melted in the milk, mix in the melted margarine, the eggs, sugar and the salt. Last of mix in the flour, little by little. Use more flour if you need to. Let it raise for 1 hour until it has doubled in size.

While the dough is raising, make the filling. Just mix the 3 ingredients in a bowl and put aside.

Once the dough has raised, roll dough into a 16x21 inch rectangle and spread out the filling. Roll up the dough and cut into 12 rolls. Let raise for about 30 minutes. Meanwhile preheat the oven to 200 degrees C.
Bake rolls in the oven in 15 minutes. While the rolls are baking, beat together cream cheese, 1/4 cup
butter, icing sugar, vanilla extract and salt. Spread frosting on warm rolls before serving.
